Christmas 1954 or 1955. Wide eyed and with all the excitement a 3 year old could muster, Rob blissfully opened a present from
his Aunt. Wrapping paper and bows tossed aside, a brand new truck was soon being driven by its new owner. Frederick & Nelson was a small department store chain located in Washington state. The chain was purchased by and operated as a division of Marshall Field & Company in 1929. The deep green color and the shield on the trailer are vintage Marshall Field & Company.
