1954 Tonka True Value Hardware Private Label Box Van

Value: An original, unretouched, excellent plus condition truck, several obvious paint knicks, near perfect decals, no box, sold on eBay for $1800 USD in mid September 2007.

Value: An original, unretouched good condition truck, numerous paint scrapes on the box sides, numerous paint scrapes on the cab, one tired looking truck, missing one rear door, decals good, no box, sold on eBay for $255 USD in mid April 2008.

Owned by Skip Erb, this 1954 True Value box van is NIB

Even from this angle, the truck looks great

Cardboard insert, protective paper and the 1954 Look Book are still present

Tonka assigned Model #959ZS, stamped here on the original shipping carton, to the True Value truck

The truck featured above is part of another collection but about as clean as Skips. Note how the steel box is attached to the wood floor and the floor is attached to the chassis
